PSIG 6: Wednesday, November 20, 1996
Attendance: 6 Naresh Bhatia from MultiQuest Corp brought us into the fold about Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML is a way of specifying, visualizing, and documenting object-oriented systems. MultiQuest produces S-CASE, a program that implements UML. The meeting seemed jinxed. We had our first real snow of the season. I forgot my key at home (Naresh was kind enough to drive me back to get it). We found out PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft's Macintosh Office 4.2 doesn't read PowerPoint 95 files. Sheesh. Naresh was a trooper, however, and the white board served him well. Naresh was kind enough to donate a copy of S-CASE for a raffle item. S-CASE normally sells for $495. I even bought real raffle tickets. I was the winner this time. Woohoo! Wednesday, November 20, 1996
