Super Pursuit Mode
OK, I’m back from CA. Twice. First it was WWDC 2006, with an onsite chaser the following week. Heads up: email latency is high. I’m pretty backlogged. The two weeks prior to WWDC is a mad dash to get things working in time, and an attempt to cover the “lost” work-week. Usually (What, you only have a birthday? Pshaw!) One of my contracts went supercritical during WWDC (it could have been worse — for a few stressful hours it appeared that a hardware supplier had gone buh-bye, which would have meant a probably-impossible-crash-reverse-engineering-hardware session over ±four days), so it’s a MUST I deliver that this week while finding time to breath life back into other contracts I haven’t given love to in a few weeks. Oh, all while celebrating. In my best Parker Lewis: Not a problem. For those of you who get the title reference: I’m so very sorry. Tuesday, August 22, 2006
