Machine Maxxed
Today I maxed out a machine at the gym -- my first one. That is, I can do my reps at the maximum weight: 15.5 whatevers. It was the "standing calf raise".
Phear my calves.
Suspected next machine to fall: abdominal.
Between the coding and the weight training, I hope to help provide a powerful resistance against the upcoming cyborg apocalypse. Or just, you know, look good at the beach.
