mach_inject and mach_override Support at Extendamac

I've been getting questions, suggestions and patches. To date I've been handling these privately. However, I think the community would be better served if I handled these publicly where possible, so the questions and answers and enhancements make into the public archives. In addition, a public forum also will allow other users of the packages help each other, which relieves me of being a bottleneck.

So, I'm asking folks to send their nonprivate questions, suggestions and patches to the public extendamac-macosx mailing list of the Extendamac project, which hosts the source code as well.
